We offer a six-month warranty against any manufacturing faults and defects on our sunglasses. This does not include lens or damage to protective cases.

Following an inspection of components faulty products will be repaired. Where a repair is not possible the glasses will be replaced. Repairs will be handled on a case by case basis.

Begin your returns process please email hello@ballo.co.uk quoting your order number. We will require your original receipt emailed to you during the purchase process.

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if not, you can return it back to us, in its original and unworn condition, within 14 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange.

Parcels are the customer's responsibility until they reach us and a refund will not be given until we have received and checked the goods returned. Please complete the returns form included in your delivery. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.

For international returns, clearly label your parcel as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid further handling and customs fees. Failure to do so are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are normally processed within 7 working days and all refunds will be made to the method of payment originally used when placing your order.

Ballo UK will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.
